商业街作为园区配套性服务节点空间，势必要保证其穿透性：通过网格化的建筑布局，把4栋商业街呈线性布局，形成独立的主次入口。四栋建筑从立面上看像由大小变化的立方体，组合在一起，跟随地势变化而起伏错落，形成连贯的整体。建筑立面采用玻璃幕墙设计，吸取陶板传统的元素体现于细部；商业街整体设计为三层，与中间的步行内街一起形成大小适宜的尺度，主题采取垂直线条的设计手法，塑造出坚实有力、挺拔的形体，不断变化的立方体组合在一起，尺度上更容易使人亲近。本案以“共享空间”构成建筑的中心，在建筑群体之中，广场空间成为设计的灵魂，即保证了景观的连贯，也能充分引导各个方向的人流，形成富有活力的建筑环境，并与原始环境达成一个和谐状态。
