围绕水的主题，以现代建筑设计风格进行定位，通过型与意的空间表现，赋予建筑以现代风格特点；同时在文化和技术内涵上体现人与自然共生，建筑与环境共融的时代主题。

通过方案比选提取创意之精华，运用写实的手法，对比的手法形成不同的创意思路。通过分析比选，去中庸之道，融各案之长，在社会效益、经济效益、环境效益那个谋求最佳平衡。设计背景与隔湖之滨的生态环境是本项目创作的立意之本。因此，设计上空间肌理取龙风之形，寓飞天之意；平面构图以金鲤之姿，显自由之态，含祥和之意；建筑主体引日月同辉之意，采用园与园缺的空间组合，象征宇宙万物的包容性和延展性。

Therefore, the design of spatial texture take dragon wind, flying Yu meaning; plane patterned to golden carp posture, freedom of the state, with auspicious meaning; the main body of the building from the sun and the moon together in Italy, using the spatial combination of park and garden of the universe, a symbol of tolerance and ductility.
