Wenzhou farmers market 

本规划方案由1栋18层酒店和1栋5层的农贸市场组成 , 将农贸城布置在北侧，配套酒店布置在南侧，形成动静分区，既相互独立，又紧密联系。农贸市场和酒店沿着当地的风向布置，充分考虑的风向对建筑的影响。

立面设计风格上简洁、规整、清晰、肯定的几何特征是本设计的特点,,窗户的变化来形成独具个性的建筑立面肌理,传统浅色调搭配自然石材铺装环境,建筑立面以浅色面砖为主,辅以局部涂料,使建筑造型含蓄而丰富.立面完整、简洁,强调构图的均衡美感,面向商业街的立面则较为轻盈通透,富有变化,沿街商业及内部商业街着重强调其商业气氛与趣味,通过大面积玻璃与百叶的构成式手法处理,同时采用实墙对比,结合店招、雨蓬的因素,形成丰富的建筑空间效果.

This plan is made up of 1 layers of 18 hotels and the farmers’ market of the 1 and the 5 layers, which is arranged on the north side of the farmers’ market, and the supporting hotels are arranged on the South side. Farmers market and the hotel along the local wind direction, fully consider the impact of wind direction on the building. 

The facade design style is simple and neat, clear and certain geometric features are characteristic of this design, the window changes to form the unique personality of the building facade texture, traditional shallow tonal collocation of natural stone paving environment, building facade with light colored brick based, supplemented by local paint, the architectural style facade intact, implicit and rich. Concise, balanced beauty that composition, for commercial street facade is more light and transparent, full of changes, and the internal commercial Street commercial street emphasized its commercial atmosphere and taste, through a large area of glass and shutter form approach, at the same time using solid wall comparison, combined with the factors of shop signs, awning, building space form the effect of the rich.
