Archictural design  of the five star hotel Pingnan Zhongkai 

基地位于，仲恺高新技术产业开发区位于惠州市惠城区，交通十分便利,基地西北侧为仲恺大道，西南侧为平南路。规划用地面积30965㎡，总建筑面积为98411㎡，其中地下建筑面积21273㎡，地上建筑面积77138 ㎡。

商业建筑设计位于东环路东侧，沿街立面应该和城市相呼应，通过本身的对商业的运作和品质的提升，能够带动周边地块。

基于塔楼是一个非常形象的美人鱼，我们大量的草图对比认为，裙房是一些石头装的形态更加符合整个建筑群体，在各个简单的石头之间，我们选用了非常简单，而直接玻璃体。

The base is located in Zhongkai hi tech Industrial Development Zone is located in Huicheng District of Huizhou City, the traffic is very convenient, the northwest side of the base for Zhongkai Avenue, the southwest side is flat road. Land use planning area of 30965 square meters, total construction area of 98411 square meters, the underground construction area of 21273 square meters, construction area of 77138 square meters.

Commercial building design is located in the east side of the East Ring Road, the street facade should be echoed with the city, through its own business operations and quality improvement, can drive the surrounding plots.

Based on the tower is a very image of the mermaid, think much of our sketch is compared, some form of stone podium building more in line with the whole group, among the simple stone, we used a very simple and direct, vitreous body.
