本方案为国际产业园区,一个多功能的复合型都市村设计，从城市文化与历史沿革角度出发，将办公与绿色生态相结合，集商业、办公、和文化休闲为一体，打造属于未来广州国际园区的典范。亲水性场所，使“人，水，城”相伴而生，用新型材对建筑元素进行全新的诠释，使城市文化与建筑相融合。建筑平面根据不同功能特点采用不同构成基底，同时各建筑单体根据面积及功能需要形成不同规模的体量，东西两侧群体性建筑均向中央湿地公园逐层退进，形成空间向心力，增强内聚感，同时为建筑提供良好的观景露台。

园区屋顶设置大面积空中花园、滨湖廊架，整个园区第五立面与地面湿地公园相呼应，自成生态系统，营造天然氧吧。

The park is roof of large area sky garden, Binhu corridor, the entire park fifth facade and Wetland Park ground echoes from the ecological system, to create a natural oxygen bar.
