Archictural design of -Fumin times square

项目位于福州市台江区，西临规划曙光路，北靠市政规划路，南侧为鳌峰路，东为规划前横路。用地面积：18758㎡，总建筑面积125812㎡，其中地上建筑面积78510㎡，地下建筑面47302㎡高层住宅主体建筑高度135.9米，办公楼主体建筑高度为131.3米。人防设于地下3层。

设计首先源于对商住楼的设计原则考虑，分析理解当代人的生活方式以及业主提供的资料。我们认为该项目位于未来金融商务中心，必定是以后该区域的标志性建筑，首先在建筑形态上应该简洁大方，功能组团在合理的基础上营造更多的公共空间，自然元素应融入建筑，融入生活。与此同时应该协调新建筑与周边环境，空间，人流的融合。

The project is located厅 in Fuzhou District of Taijiang City, West planning Shuguang Road, North Road, south of the municipal planning, Aofong Road East, planning before the cross road. Land area: 18758 square meters, total construction area of 125812 square meters, of which the ground floor area of 78510 square meters, 47302 square meters of high-rise residential underground buildings face the main building height of 135.9 meters, office building, the main building height of 131.3 meters. Civil air defense is located on the 3 floor.

First of all, the design comes from the consideration of the design principles of commercial and residential buildings. It also analyzes the life style of the contemporary people and the information provided by the owners. We believe that the project is located in the future financial business center, will be bound to the region’s landmark buildings, first in the architectural form should be concise and elegant, functional groups to create more public space in a reasonable basis, natural elements should be integrated into the building, into life. At the same time should coordinate the new building and the surrounding environment, space, the integration of people.
