Construction Scheme Design of Xi'an Xixian Financial Port

棋盘式的规划布局，具有很强的空间序列感，我们沿用了传统的布局理念。建筑群体用轴线控制，而虚无的轴线也呈最简单的网格形式。本案引入亲切宜人尺度“绿色社区”的概念，分述如下：

原则一：与周边城市空间协调，尊重原规划的空间体量--遵循原规划体量布局，与环境协调。

原则二：空间秩序清晰、体量分合灵活、方便--棋盘式的规划布局，具有很强的空间序列感。

原则三：以连续活跃的界面与城市衔接--连续代表一种时间概念，也体现一种节奏、高效能。

原则四：公共空间开放、连续、系统--多个公共空间串联成环，氛围各异，体现丰富多样性原则。

The layout of board type, have very strong sense of space sequence, we continue to use the layout of the traditional philosophy.
