用现代的建筑材料和用海浪文化符号标识着东台富有活力的城市形象，增加亲水性场所，使“人，水，城”相伴而生，东西两侧群体性建筑均向中央湿地公园逐层退进，为建筑提供良好的观景露台。商业建筑形体柔软平滑的边界形态增强建筑空间的活泼性和空间动态，北侧酒店采用抽象船体造型，犹如积木般叠落，筑成大气的门形，与空间主轴呼应，使得轴线视野通过巨门向北延伸，在向外展示其独特造型的同时又能将三仓河的自然景观引入基地，达到内外渗透的空间效果。
