本地块以中央轴线为中心，形成对称分布的群体组合,流线型小商业穿插在裙房之中，尺度感亲人，退台式处理手法可以灵活的调度建筑空间，给人前进的欲望。建筑立面采用玻璃幕墙设计，运用虚实结合的设计手法，使得整栋建筑体量上大气又美观，变化丰富的屋顶形成优美而独特的天际轮廓线，带来的是城市崭新的发展面貌与积极形象。
