本方案为国际产业园区,一个多功能的复合型都市村设计，从城市文化与历史沿革角度出发，将办公与绿色生态相结合，集商业、办公、和文化休闲为一体，打造属于未来广州国际园区的典范。建筑平面根据不同功能特点采用不同构成基底，同时各建筑单体根据面积及功能需要形成不同规模的体量，南北两侧群体性建筑均向中央湿地公园逐层退进，形成空间向心力，增强内聚感，同时为建筑提供良好的观景露台。办公建筑形体肃穆中不失灵动，东侧展览与培训和公寓屋顶设置大面积空中花园垂直绿化与中央湿地公园遥相辉映，并犹如积木般的插接，叠落，构筑成大气的门型建筑，与空间主轴呼应，使得轴线视野通过巨门向西北延伸。入口广场犹如一枚取景器，在向外展示其独特造型的同时又能将凤凰湖的自然景观引入基地内，达到内外渗透的空间效果。MTB和BTS办公塔楼屋顶均设置两层挑空空中花园，自成生态系统，营造天然氧吧。
