基地位于淳安县城千岛湖镇东侧的清溪新城珍珠半岛区块，新城西接县城千岛湖镇县城区，东临杭千高速千岛湖出口，北面依山，南面临湖，环湖南路贯穿珍珠半岛区块与千岛湖大道相连，老城与新城东西相望，自然联结，并形成环“城中湖”的室内交通圈。

本方案根据千岛湖印象，集合山、岛、桥、屋、水、鱼气球等七大元素，打造千岛湖旅游文化+购物新天地。创造一个“千岛旅游新圣地。”设计中，岛屿式建筑与周边环境对话，各建筑之间关联沟通，形成有机整体。

The base is located in the Pearl Peninsula block of Qingxi New Town on the east side of Qiandaohu Town, Chun'an County Town. The new town is connected with Qiandaohu Town in the west, Qiandaohu exit in the east of Hangzhou-Qiandaohu Expressway in the east, Lake in the north and lake in the south. Hunan Road runs through the Pearl Peninsula block and Qiandaohu Avenue in the south. The old city and the new city are facing east and west, naturally connected and merged. Form an indoor traffic circle around the "lake in the city".

According to the impression of Qiandao Lake, this project combines seven elements such as mountains, islands, bridges, houses, water and fish balloons to create a new tourism culture and shopping world of Qiandao Lake. Create a "New Holy Land for Thousand Island Tourism". In the design, the island architecture and the surrounding environment are dialogues, and the buildings are connected and communicated to form an organic whole.
